The website and its domain name shall remain the property of The POSH Team and JJA Enterprises.

You will be able to run your Ecommerce Website unhindered provided you agree to and follow these terms and conditions.

  1. You agree that The POSH Team and JJA Enterprises will not be held responsible for any damages, monetary loss, loss of data or legal claims resulting from your use of this website. It is your responsibility to ensure that monies owed by this website are paid, and to comply with all current and future legislation that may apply.
  2. You agree to a minimum 12 (twelve) month contract.
  3. You will be allowed to make any changes you see fit from within the admin control panel as long as they follow the terms of item 4) below.
  4. You will not allow your website to be used for adult, racist, illegal material (such as warez, pyramid schemes etc) or other illegal material.
  5. You must not use Spam (unsolicited advertising) when advertising your website.
  6. Your monthly payments must be kept up to date.
  7. Accounts that are not in credit will be suspended after 7 days.
  8. After 14 days unpaid accounts will be deemed to have closed and the website will revert back to The POSH Team and JJA Enterprises.
The POSH Team and JJA Enterprises agree to:

  1. Register any available domain name .com, .net etc that you choose. (This name will remain the property of The POSH Team and JJA Enterprises).
  2. Update your website when new scripts are made available.
  3. Offer reasonable help and support between 9am and 10pm GMT by email only.
  4. To maintain your account in good order and with the minimum disruption to your service, current uptime guarantee is 99.9%.
  5. To allocate unlimited monthly bandwidth for your usage.
  6. Make available to you our site design, banner creation, splash page creation and scripting services at owner-only prices.
By selecting a payment option below and making payment you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Monthly option: Setup fee and first monthly payment $70.98... then $30.99 each month.
12 month option: No Setup fee... one payment of $350.99 each year... saving $60.88 (in the first year) over Monthly option.
