The website and its domain name shall remain the property of The POSH Team and JJA Enterprises.
The script for this exchange is the intellectual property of Traffic DX.

You will be able to run your Traffic Exchange unhindered provided you agree to and follow these terms and conditions.

  1. You agree that The POSH Team and JJA Enterprises will not be held responsible for any damages, monetary loss, loss of data or legal claims resulting from your use of this exchange.
  2. You agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that any monies owed by this exchange are paid. If you cancel your contract and monies are still owed to members, we will have no choice but to furnish those members with your contact details, these will include your Paypal or other money processor details.
  3. You agree to comply with all current and future legislation that may apply.
  4. You agree to a minimum 6 (six) month contract.
  5. You will be allowed to make any changes you see fit from within the admin control panel as long as they follow the terms of item 6) below.
  6. You will not allow your exchange to be used for promoting adult, racist, illegal material (such as warez, pyramid schemes etc) or other inappropriate sites.
  7. You will take all reasonable measures to ensure that cheats do not use your exchange, this includes acting upon information that we may supply you with from time to time. Failure to cooperate may involve you with additional bandwidth charges.
  8. You must not use Spam (unsolicited advertising) when advertising your exchange.
  9. Your monthly payments must be kept up to date.
  10. Accounts that are not in credit will be suspended after seven days.
  11. After 14 days unpaid accounts will be deemed to have closed and the exchange will revert back to The POSH Team and JJA Enterprises.

The POSH Team and JJA Enterprises agree to:

  1. Register any available domain name .com, .net etc that you choose. (This name will remain the property of The POSH Team and JJA Enterprises).
  2. Update your website when new scripts are made available.
  3. Offer reasonable help and support between 9am and 10pm GMT by email only.
  4. To maintain your account in good order and with the minimum disruption to your service, current uptime guarantee is 99.9%.
  5. To allocate unlimited monthly bandwidth for your usage.
  6. Make available to you our site design, banner creation, splash page creation and scripting services at owner-only prices.
By selecting a payment option below and making payment you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Monthly option: Setup fee and first monthly payment $30.98... then $17.99 each month.
12 month option: No Setup fee... one payment of $191.88 each year... saving $36.99 (in the first year) over Monthly option.
